Monday, May 28, 2007 central park! 2:22 PM  random cute girl running around. my shadoww. this is a memorial at south west central park. note the pigeons. and when i was outside the new york public library i heard someone comment 'this is the first time i've seen washington without a pigeon on his head.' hahah the view of central park west from 8th avenue. cute little dog rolling around in the sun while cute little anuja was lazing around in the sun. so pretty! another random cute girl. sunbathing. this woman inspired me to buy a new bikini and sunbathe. so i did. random sunbathers. there was a strange chinese man doing weird stretches. dubious. japanese tourists. you can tell by the hats. jogging track along the reservoir. ahem. me.so that's central park. it's huge. i had plans to walk south down to 59th but i somehow managed to walk west and ended up elsewhere. technically, i wasn't lost. i knew where i was, it just wasn't where i wanted to be. hahah. i got picked up by a random ugandian guy who wanted my phone number. he told me i'm beautiful. i like him already. hahah. so i sunbathed, but only for a bit because it got too fucking hot and there was no wind :(:( so i fell asleep in the shade. haha. 0 comments the museum of sex. 2:13 PM  i found out that there's a museumof sex somewhere in manhattan and i asked my dad if i could go. he looked at me and told me to use my discretion. so i did. it was quite disappointing. i was hoping to discover the history of sex from the ancient times till now. instead there were 2 main exhibitions - one on kink (which was on fantasies and fetish) and the other on the portrayal of sex in film from then till now (read: porn). and there was a video version of Sex For Dummies and this traditional chinese couple sat and watched the whole thing. nini, you may find it useful. it shows you how to do the stuff that you claim to be afraid of doing HAHA. des, i think you would have been very interested and i sorely missed your company during this short but enlighting and rather gross visit. some of the reviews said that the museum gift shop had 'some of the biggest dildos she had ever seen' but i forgot about them given the fact that i had been watching the history of porn, and well, porn. not pleasant! i didn't take many pictures - i didn't want my camera to spoil hahaha. 0 comments the metropolitan museum of art 1:56 PM  cute cupid. look at that cheeky look on his face. the courtyard of the museum. made to look like a real street in rome. now, anyone still wanna visit the national museum of singapore? hahah. the egypt gallery. now they did a whole replica of a temple, with some real walls and some fake walls. you can actually go inside and look at the various rooms. how cool is that? this is the coolest (and biggestt! it is SO easy to get lost) museum EVER. totally awesome, girlfriend. isn't she beautiful? HERCULES! so chiO! the earrings. this has to be the cutest chess set EVER. click on it! see the big picture. go on! after looking at this, i didn't wanna pierce my nose anymore. can you believe that that's a nose ornament? central or south american galleries. 0 comments as i wonder about alone 1:46 PM there are many homeless in manhattan, sitting on the side of the road, busking or begging. some say 'we are homeless, give us a home' but there are others that just make you cry 'and i'm supposed to give you money why?' the 2 funniest i've seen are: 'why lie? i need a beer!' 'i need money so i can get drunk so i can let a girl molest me and take me home.' RIGHT. and on the back windshield of a rather dusty police car, scribbled: 'clean me!' 'i need to be washed!' 'give me some attention.' 'this car is dirty.' hahaha. and you know how in singapore like the free size clothes say 'one size fits all' and you KNOW that's not true because 'one size fits all' should actually be 'one size fits all manjans who have a 20 inch waist and no boobs whatsoever'? americans are honest. here they say 'one size fits most'. so nice to read really. they don't fool you. i went to a flea market today mygod soo fun! i bought stuff for the girls back home and i am at a loss as to what to get for the boys. i have 4 boys to shop for. yargh. and one of them never likes what i get, another would probably tell me to get him earrings or eyeliner, the third i have no clue (although right now i think he needs a smack. yes, it's YOU! hahah. smacks are free! goodie.) and the fourth would ask me to buy him duty free booze. hmmm. such elusive men they are. 0 comments Sunday, May 27, 2007 sex 8:49 AM i, however am more like miranda. cynical, practical, doesn't believe in romance, reads gossip magazines, will probably get a semi professional job in the future, loves chocolate and tv, eating, addicted to her handphone and the internet and needs to be doing something all the time. sooo i have just finised watching the entire of season 6 in 2 nights. kill me now. hahah. note: this is purely a retarded observation based on the fact that i had a wonderful overdose of sex and the city and has nothing to do with my personal life whatsoever. it's probably in reference to the 3rd last episode of sex when carrie tells miranda that's she's definitely leaving for paris because i realised i probably would have had the same reaction as miranda. i really could go on about sex. it's a fucking tv show for heavens' sake. hahah. anyone has season 4 and 5 and 3 to give me? 0 comments Monday, May 21, 2007 niagara falls! 1:07 PM oh the beauty! it is splendid! it was so beautiful, i swear. in the morning, the day started promisingly sunny but of course, since murphy is my very good friend the sky darkened and the clouds rolled in and we saw the niagara falls on a very cloudy day. but it got better in the afternoon so we came back to see the glory of the falls once more. so good. (: pictures!  so romantic no? neeraja and me. eating idlys and thayir saadham at the niagara falls. hmm. typically iyer. ME. (:(:(:0 comments Sunday, May 13, 2007 amreeeka 12:17 PM      here. random pictures from america. a crazy adorable small girl posing with a fake statue of liberty, the statue herself, she is marvellous! an indian grandfather and his grandkid (essentially i see the most number of indians in amreeka, i display my patriotism with a picture of the flag, and a tomb cover of a roman king from the metropolitan mueseum.oh, and in the museum, the greek section has so many beautiful statues of naked men (i asked my dad why don't they wear clothes) and in all the statues the men are hunky and muscular (ooooh ashley i was thinking of you hahah) and they have tight butts.
