if i screw up this sem

8:56 AM
i know why. there's only ONE fathomable reason as to why my grades will decide to do a death dance and then roll down the great wall of china (at business). and this reason is out of my control so i can't do anything about it. nor can anyone for that matter.

it's irritating, it's an inconvenience. it wastes time. and brain power. how can they do this to us? i don't understand. it's just not fair!

of course, i'm talking about the closure of the arts canteen.

because the canteen is no longer there, all the shortcuts associated with walking through the canteen to get to classes are gone. AND I HAVE NO MORE MILK TEA. i need 3 cups of tea a day to survive through a long day. now where am i supposed to get my oh so important tea that enables me to function like a normal human being? the pathetic excuse for a vending machine at arts dispenses water (with bits of idonnotwanttoknow floating in it) regardless of whether you press 'coffee', 'tea' or 'piss'. AND the stalls, yes the tiny carnival like stalls - sell horrible tasting tea. like that how? i sleep in classes. now whose fault is that? who's fault is it that i can't wrap my hands around a nice warm lovely teacup and feel its warmth flowing through my limbs when my ass freezes off in lecture? hmph. whose fault is it that an equal amount of caffeine cannot run alongside my blood?

AND then we students are at a loss. every morning, without fail, we have to ponder on where our classes are and how to get there. all the usual shortcuts have been taken away from us! we are left clueless as to where to go for lessons - it's hard enough attempting to find the ASes. arts is bloody confusing - the 2nd floor of ASsomething is like the 5th floor of ASsomethingelse. and you bloody climb a LOT of stairs to get to wherever you have to now, without our shortcuts. like that how? we're late for classes, because we have to take the looong way, and after huffing and puffing up the stairs we're tired and we STILL end up in the wrong place. we miss out the important stuff from lecture and tutorial because of this.

andand there's no more canteen to pop by to grab a bite to eat. the fact that there isn't any edible food stall around for me to stuff myself to make me happy makes me rather sad. =( no food! NO FOOD! (it's even sadder than when we were deprived of dinner for 2 days in a row when Head Torturer Assistant Director suffian said NO DINNER) we're perpetually hungry. hungry people are angry people. hungry people are irritated people. hungry people have shorter attention spans. why give us break in lecture? there's no point. there's no food and no tea to look forward to anyway. let's just freeze our butts off while our shrinking stomachs scream out in protest and rumble for the whole lecture theatre to hear. gaaarh.

and furthermore, we waste time trying to scrounge for lunch. now we have to make a LONG trek to the engine canteen - which makes my eyes hurt i swear, oh there is too much ugliness in the world! - and the business canteen which is forever crowded. and by the time we're back, as predicted, we're late for classes again! ohno, don't give me the but there's megabytes cafe now! it looks like a bloody funeral parlour.
